Bootstrapper Capital.
The firm · Continuity · Invite only

The long hold continues here.

The Fellowship is the firm's private continuity network — an invite-only room for owners who have completed an engagement, the SMB Accelerator, or a meaningful exit. The work is over. The relationship isn't.

Why a continuity network exists

Long-term equity management is a long game by definition. An engagement ends — the ownership position does not. The owners who have most internalized the doctrine end up with questions, decisions, and inflection points the firm wants to keep close. The Fellowship is the room where those conversations stay institutional rather than scattered across group chats and conferences.

How the Fellowship is convened

  • Two firm-hosted in-person gatherings per year, each capped at members only.
  • A private platform space inside Bootstrapper.ai — not a forum, not a feed.
  • Quarterly small-group sessions organized around shared inflection points (capital, exit, succession, second-business).
  • Direct access to a designated firm principal for member-only questions.
  • Curated guest principals — investors, attorneys, operators — chosen for the room, not for sponsorship.

What the Fellowship deliberately is not

  • Not a mastermind program with a coach selling the next tier.
  • Not a paid community open to anyone who can pay.
  • Not a deal-flow marketplace or referral exchange.
  • Not a place where the firm sells additional services to members.
  • Not a public roster — discretion is part of the design.

Pathways into the Fellowship

There are three. None of them is a checkout button.

  • Engagement alumni — owners who have completed a Bootstrapper Capital advisory engagement of any depth.
  • Accelerator alumni — graduates of the SMB Accelerator (the Studio).
  • Affiliated Firm nominations — owners brought to the firm's attention by a credentialed Affiliated Firm, with the firm's review and approval.
"The engagement ends. The ownership position does not. The Fellowship is the room where the long hold keeps a seat at the table."

Frequently asked questions

What is the Fellowship?+

The Fellowship is the firm's private continuity network — an invite-only community of owners who have completed an OWNABLE OS engagement, the SMB Accelerator, or a meaningful exit. It is where the long hold continues after the engagement file closes.

How do I get an invitation?+

Invitations are extended by the firm to owners who have completed an engagement or who have exited a business they ran through the OWNABLE OS. There is no application form and no public roster. Affiliated Firms may nominate clients.

Is there a fee?+

There is an annual membership fee that covers the convening costs (in-person gatherings, the private platform space, and curated peer programming). The fee is the same for every member — the firm does not subsidize seats.

What is the Fellowship not?+

It is not a mastermind, not a paid community, not a lead-generation channel for the firm, and not a place where vendors are sold. It is a continuity network for owners who run their businesses on long-term equity management.
